After beginning my career at IMG Artists and co-leading my own artist management agency in Germany for almost a decade, I founded Paulus Music in Copenhagen with a clear vision: to offer artists and cultural organisations a more personal, strategic and long-term approach to artistic development.

 

I believe that successful careers are built on more than exceptional artistry. They require a distinctive artistic identity, thoughtful positioning, meaningful partnerships and a clear vision for the future.

 

Drawing on over fifteen years of international experience within the classical music industry, I work closely with artists, ensembles and cultural organisations to develop sustainable careers, ambitious artistic projects and long-term strategies. Every collaboration is highly individual, combining strategic thinking with practical implementation and an extensive international network.
